Alliance with Ischebeck Can Ltd
Richform Construction Supply is pleased to announce its alliance with Ischebeck Can Ltd.
Ischebeck manufactures concrete forming and shoring systems under their name and the TITAN name. It has been active since 1881 in Europe and is gaining rapid acceptance in the U.S. and Canada.
Our sales team was working on props, mega shores, push pull props, and slab forming systems initially. To date we have done three deck jobs of 12,000 sq ft, 154,000 sq ft, and 42,000 sq ft.
All have been successful and our contractor/customesr have been very happy with the support and pricing.

Founded 1881, Ischebeck TITAN has developed into a worldwide reknown manufacturer, providing solutions for the construction industry. Most modern machinery not only guarantees high quality products, but also cares for maintaining a clean environment and good conditions for the workers.
People as well as team spirit are a central subject. Not only the working conditions have changed, but the corporate identity as well.
The target of Ischebeck TITAN is to provide job sites around the world with simple to handle products for the concrete formwork, trenching and geotechnical industry, offering high productivity and multiple uses at economical prices.
Quality based on tradition, since 1881.
Unlike traditional beam systems the V shaped main beams and the H shaped secondary beams of the TITAN HV are on the same level. This is enabled by support grooves on the main, secondary and drop heads in which the neighboring beams are positioned. This means that the inefficient and uneconomical overlap of beams, as with traditional beam systems, does not occur.
The HV beams automatically build up as a rigid interlocking grid, without the need for plywood as bracing. Flexibility in use is not sacrificed with the HV System. The grid of the beams is variable and by placing a main beam into another main beam the direction of the secondary beams change. Complications like columns, wall corners, make-up pieces, curved walls etc. no longer create problems. The main and secondary beams can be placed in any position.
The drop head system allows stripping just 2 days after the pour. All main and secondaries come free, and can be used for the next section. Practice has shown that the TITAN HV System cuts the total forming operation down by at least 0.1 h/m² (productivity gains of 0.3 m² ( 3.3 sqft ) per man hour).
These labour savings can more than compensate for the cost of hiring the system.
